Final pricing: The final price of services may differ from the estimate due to conditions discovered during inspection or work, including but not limited to hidden structural damage, decking conditions, or unforeseen complications. Any changes to the estimated scope or price will be communicated to you and approved in writing before work proceeds.

Non-binding estimates: Estimates provided through the website or via phone call are not binding quotes. A written, signed estimate is required before any work begins.

4. Scheduling and Availability

While we make every effort to accommodate your preferred schedule, availability may be affected by weather conditions, material availability, crew capacity, and the urgency of storm-related damage in the Denver area. We will provide reasonable notice regarding scheduling changes.

5. Payment Terms

Property protection: We take reasonable precautions to protect your property during work, including the use of tarps, magnetic nail cleanup, and debris management. However, we are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, landscaping not within the immediate work area, or damage caused by factors beyond our control.

8. Insurance and Liability

Denver Roofers Co maintains general liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage as required by Colorado law. Proof of insurance is available upon request.

Limitation of liability: Denver Roofers Co's liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total contract price for the specific project giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

9. Permits and Regulations

Permit requirements vary by municipality in the Denver area. We will advise on applicable permit requirements and can handle permit coordination as part of the project scope.
